Unlike other wool brands, which may shrink or felt, Bumby Wool is specifically made to maintain its size and durability in the wash. The Lycra helps maintain stretch and prevents further shrinkage at home.
Washing in cool water with a gentle, enzyme-free detergent like Unicorn Clean (Another partner, sold here on our website) is safe for Bumby Wool covers. In fact, the washing machine effectively removes grime, detergent, and excess water, helping keep wool in its best condition!
