Warranty/Return/ Exchange/Refund Policy

Warranty

We have a 15-day warranty policy for new Redwood products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your package to request a return. See the return policy below.

Warranty products that qualify are items found to be defective or damaged from the manufacturer through no use or fault of the customer or business. Redwood products damaged during shipping do not qualify, and need to be contacted about and a different return process started.

Dropship Collab orders and products that arrive incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective from the manufacturer need to be contacted about immediately. A case-by-case decision can be made for potential returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a warranty return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and pictures of product as evidence. 

Cancellations

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement without a re-stocking fee, after reaching out to the business through the contact channels listed.

Once 24 hours or more has passed, all in-stock orders can be canceled minus a restocking fee of 20% if a shipping label has not been printed yet.

After 24 hours past order placement, all preorders are not able to be canceled.

Once a shipping label has been printed, cancellation is not an option. A return process will need to be started. 

*This policy does not cover Dropship Collab product. Please contact Redwood directly for those orders and specifications and cancellations can be handled on a case by case basis only.

Returns
To start a return for Redwood product, you can contact us at redwoodclothco@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Return shipping labels are only valid for 7 business days after being sent to the requester. If not dropped off at the carrier for return during the specified time frame, the label will be canceled and the option for return of product past this point will be on a case-by-case basis and at the expense of the customer.

Returns are subject to quality inspection before refunds are approved and processed. Return specifications are: UNWASHED, UNUSED, AND COMPLETELY UNWORN. 

Returns found to not meet the required specifications will be shipped back to the customer at customer expense, and not refunded. Or they will be donated to a cloth diaper bank.

All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the business immediately (within 15 days) if the item is found to be functionally defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect products, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Contact made about damages or defects outside of the 15 day window are subject to case-by-case evaluation for remediation.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and all personal care products (such as beauty products/skin care/ diaper care/menstrual care).

Products NOT eligible for return include sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and any products that have been used, washed, or worn.

Dropship Collabs

Items sold through our drop ship collaborations pages are only eligible for return if they meet the requirements for acceptable returns outlined above, and are not listed as exceptions that deem them ineligible for returns also listed above. Return process starts with emailing the business as listed above, and is accepted on a case-by-case basis. All additional information will be handled directly and at owner of Redwood and owner of the Collab brand discretion.

Exchanges
Exchanges of Redwood product can be made by first requesting a return and following that process. Once the return is accepted, a store credit can be issued and an exchange order placed by customer.

No replacement of product will be sent until exchanged product is received.

Exchanges involving Dropship Collab brands will follow the return procedures listed above and are subject to a case-by-case approval. Please reach out with any issues to the contact directions listed here within these pages.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on payment method used.
