All in stock orders are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
This TAT does not apply to preorders and/or situations outside of our control such as natural disasters and handler delays. Once a package leaves the hands of the business, shipping time is out of our control.
Free Shipping (For Redwood Products) is automatic and for orders over $200. **For US Residents Only**
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A small and non-negotiable handling fee is included.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on peak holiday seasons, government occurrences, and natural disasters affecting routes. Redwood has no control over shipping calculation amounts or the fluctuation of them.
Dropship Collab Products
Shipping for items bought through our partnership with other brands will be shipped separately, and from the supplier directly. Shipping rates are subject to the carrier calculations, and are not controlled by the businesses directly. TAT for package packing, drop off with carrier, and ship time while in transit is subject to the other brand's discretion. Please contact us with further questions and we will reach out to the proper channels for support.
International Shipping and Associated Fees
Redwood is not responsible for any tariffs, or import fees associated with any international orders. We do not have any control over the assessment and collection of any fees outside the calculated shipping charge shown at checkout, nor the ability to assess them or collect them.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import fees, additional fees, or tariffs that may accrue for their package once it has crossed country boundries.
For any questions regarding import fees, tariffs, and other fees associated with your country, please contact your local authority.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order label is printed, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status once en route. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If not found, check your junk folder, spam, or check to make sure the email provided was entered. correctly at checkout.
Transit time once a package has been dropped off to the carrier is up to their discretion and things such as natural disasters and weather, or other carrier delays. For issues with non-delivery, package location, and carrier issue, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and enquire with them.
